Not too long ago I was in the thick of it - elbows deep in laundry, the kids always seemed to have bad days, and getting dinner on the table was a STRUGGLE.
I was in the weeds of motherhood, feeling crazy busy, a shadow of my former self, and had no idea how to begin to pull myself out. I felt like I was walking around in a thick fog. I knew something had to change!
